Know Your Frown

Though I have a strong distaste for bad moments (like everyone), I know they are necessary. When something bad happens I allow myself to feel like shit for a little while because it’s part of how one is supposed to feel. Not only is it normal, it is, in it’s own way, beautiful. It means something is gone that was once so great, that without it you feel unlike yourself, like something is missing, like it needs to be part of you again. Just happiness should be taken in and enjoyed, sadness should be savored. Don’t dwell on it and don’t let that become your core. I’m saying look at it, know what you’re feeling and why you’re feeling it. Once it has done what it needs to do, move on. When you do, be strong enough to move on through you and not just masking the problem with an identical issue. Have the will and the self-respect to move on and not just move.
